Women to Women is a Christian organisation setup under the auspices of the Baptist Union of NSW Ministry Support and Development Unit.  Its mission is to encourage, equip and empower Baptist women to take on leadership roles in their churches, in communities, and state, national and international levels.

Women to Women is part of the Australian Baptist Women, Baptist Women's Union of the South West Pacific and the Baptist World Alliance Women's Department.
